Pros

Great co-workers. Excellent work environment. Good use of technology. Decent work/life balance. Decent pay for level of work in area.

Cons

Too focused on metrics to see the value of experience. There is only one way in Schneider's management eyes to do things and it is their way or the hwy. They have a young management team that has zero time for anyone older than them. They "hire" the quota of older people, but find a reason to PIP them out before they show how valuable their knowledge is based on some made up metric.

Pros

Schneider offers a lot of additional benefits that most employers do not.

Cons

So many team leaders, supervisors, managers, manager's managers, and so on.... and none of them know how to actually manage people, and actually listen to and address their employee's concerns, or support their teams in ways that will be productive to the individual. Once you are in Schneider, they make it seem like you can easily move laterally or up in the company, when in reality your managers will hold you back. You aren't allowed to apply for another internal position without your current manager's approval.
