flex and paid time off, uncapped commission

Cons

Very unprofessional work environment. This company does not care about its’ employees, or what goes on in the work place. People can get away with just about anything in this office. Even managers complained about how many times they have almost quit. Below average starting salary compared to other logistics companies for the same role. Your success here is determined by so many other people and factors, no just by the work you do. Save yourself the time, and invest yourself somewhere else.

Pays more than most and safety is on the top of the list

Cons

Sometimes management have no idea about being in a truck so it kinda becomes a headache, pay is more than most, but could be a little better.

Pros

virtually nothing good can come from this. $200 take home pay is normal. I could flip burgers AND go home daily for that pay.

Cons

pay is less than my cpm prior to being assigned my first truck after having ecperience. no miles. no pay. DBLs do not treat drivers respectfully. 30+ minute wait just to enter facility. same other cons as otr.
