      Pros

      Large enough that anyone can find a good fit. Team driven. Generous profit sharing. Most teams do a great job promoting a positive corporate culture. Some really great people work @ Schneider!

      Cons

      Those that don't promote the positive corporate culture can be tricky to work for. More than a few instances of folks occupying positions they're simply not qualified for, which can lead to emotional (fear based) decision making.

      Pros

      Great people to work with ! On road training was very useful ! Class room time was a wast! Some one at Schneider behind a desk thought it would be a great idea to place truck drivers behind a desk for one week to learn absolutely nothing for 8 hrs only to receive home work to do at the end of the day!

      Cons

      Very low pay and they lie about pay , it’s not possible to make 82,000 like they claim. You will most likely make 65,000 . Class room time required in Chicago 500.00 for training hours ,during flying and at airport not paid! You may be asked to drive the company van with classmates for free during training ! Not cool ! Schneider wants you to do the right thing and be honest .... they lie and rip people off with many free hours worked!

      Pros

      Really good company great training and really flexible home time.

      Cons

      They start you out at about 45 cpm which isn't terrible. No local work near my home.
