However, there is a noticeable organizational lean toward progressive and DEI-related topics, which dominate monthly meetings and internal communications. While these efforts are well-intentioned, differing viewpoints, especially from more conservative perspectives don’t always feel welcomed. Employees who express alternative opinions may face subtle pushback or be excluded from the broader conversation. It would be helpful if the culture encouraged more open, respectful dialogue from all sides to truly reflect the diverse member and employee base.
