Hi! Your perspective is important to us—thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear you found the workflow and schedule consistent and predictable—something we know can make a big difference in maintaining day-to-day balance. At the same time, we understand how creative roles can feel limited when there's less room to explore, experiment, or push boundaries. Striking the right balance between structure and innovation is something we're continuously working on, and your feedback is incredibly helpful as we navigate that. If you're open to sharing more, I’d really appreciate the opportunity to connect—please feel free to reach out to me at AmyL@Scorpion.co. Either way, thank you again for your perspective, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Pros

There's really none. There are so many better options.

Cons

Micromanagement, Gaslighting, Retaliatory Leadership, Toxic Work Environment. I know everyone throws those types of words around, but at Scorpion it's real. They also legitimately show favoritism without any shame about it. I heard this when I first started and was skeptical and then I saw and heard it with my own eyes. Super talented smart sales people being super undervalued and super underutilized. The only way to get ahead is to play their game. I began to question reality when I worked here because of the gaslighting. I felt like a cog in a wheel. Seemed like customers kept getting neglected too. I kept trying to look past everything I wrote above, and take personal ownership for my success - management would tell me I was overreacting when I shared feedback, and I partially believed them, but then these types of incidences would keep happening and it gets to a point where you just are left feeling empty.

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re truly sorry to hear that your time at Scorpion left you feeling unheard, undervalued, or questioning your own reality. That is not the environment we strive to create, and we appreciate your honesty in calling it out. The concerns you’ve raised—especially around how feedback was received and your interactions with leadership—are deeply concerning and do not reflect the standards we hold ourselves to. We’ve shared your comments with our leadership and HR teams for thoughtful review and reflection. At Scorpion, we’re committed to building a culture where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow. When we fall short of that, it’s important that we acknowledge it, listen, and learn. If you're open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience directly. Please feel free to reach out to me at AmyL@scorpion.co. Regardless, thank you again for your candor, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
