Pros

The tech the company uses surpasses any agency I've worked for or have heard from - they create tools that HELP employees be better for their clients and the employees themselves! They foster an environment of collaboration and team building. Do they have targets and are we expected to hit them? Of course - any company that is looking to grow does and they make you feel like you're part of a team and working with each other to achieve those goals. Over the course of the time I've been here, I've seen constant change and growth - while some say that Scorpion changes too much, they change because they want to keep getting better. Rustin and the leadership team work hard to empower the employees to be the best they can and that is hard to find in other companies - a dedicated CEO to the employees. The benefits have been amazing as I've worked for other companies and the perks they offer have helped me and my family. They consistently ask for feedback from employees and listen to it and act on it.

Cons

Every job has it's days where you feel like it's the last day you want to deal with it - so I know that when people say they are fed up, it's because a job can be demanding to achieve success. Being here as long as I have, I've been through good days and bad, but working with the team I'm on has helped me push through the bad, and having the right leaders and REALLY helped. Targets are definitely aggressive so it does come with it's challenges but when you hit them, it's worth it. If you're afraid of commitment and accountability, working here may not be for you.
