Best Place I've Ever Worked

Pros

Management at Security Innovation is extremely down-to-earth and love working with everyone to make it the best workplace environment possible. The CEO is fantastic - he is easy to talk to, friendly, funny, and does an amazing job running Security Innovation. Other employees are all very friendly - we get along outside of work and know each other's families. The office environment is pretty casual, it's a great place to get your work done, collaborate with other team members, have some laughs and enjoy your work day!

Cons

There isn't much structure to the work day/work place and for some, that may lead you to be unproductive or take advantage of the free-style environment. For others, this is great and leads to the most productivity.

Pros

Management teams really listen and engage with their staff. The culture of the organization is very open door were you never have to worry about approaching mTeam members or other staff. It's one of if not the best Company I have every worked for

Cons

None that I can honestly think of, it would be really hard to pin point a specific area that I would take as being a knock against the company

Fun place to work

Pros

Coworkers are great, management seems to care about us, and the projects are fun and challenging most of the time. The expected ammount of work is reasonable, most weeks are actually 40 hours and not 60 like some other companies.

Cons

The salaries are a bit lower then working at one of the big companies in seattle, but considering that we are only expected to work 40 hours and most of those companies expect more the hourly pay breakdown is simillar.
