I think they know what the Cons are. I'm sure there is a high turnover rate but perhaps some of the incidents were curated for outcomes, liability, HR, etc. It's a shame that a company would intentionally screw around with a person's lively hood. I'll never know the truth but it really doesn't matter. Worst employment experience of my life! It makes me appreciate the management at my part time job! What a difference! No teamwork and some of the associates. were catty. I do not recommend working at this company unless it is in the Claim Dept for another product besides FMLA.

Training for most of the roles is insufficient. Some of the Team Leads are micro managers and very rarely step up in a timely fashion to assist with difficult calls or to assist in helpful manner. The Team Leads and upper management are so focused on keeping call times to a minimum and meetings SLA's they forget to provide support to the front line.
