Pros

Good benefits and some great people to work with

Cons

At higher level such client service manager or director no balance of work load. Working12 hour day is norm more with travel. Lack of recognizing this by middle mgt. corporate preaches work life balance and other values important to Memphis leadership unfortunately this doesn't make it far beyond there. Seems that "yes" men are the norm and real feed back is not welcome if contrary to middle management. SRS was an acquisition a few years ago and legacy individuals from SRS I have found not to be trustworthy

PTO is the best. Training is abundant. Lots of room to move up.

Cons

Pay is less than competitors.

Pros

Coworkers, tuition reimbursement, causal dress code, great PTO benefits, affordable health insurance. Ongoing training provided.

Cons

Little chance of promotion, changing jobs within in the company is difficult and next to impossible to get a response from internal job applications.
