      nothing at all. there's a twenty word minimum, so I'll say it again. NOTHING.

      Let's see, an unbearable workload that no one can tolerate, or complete. Being threatened weekly that if we don't keep up we'll be fired. You'd think the fact that everyone has to miss lunch, stay after and not take their two 15 minute breaks we "supposedly" get would give them a hint that the workload is a bit too much. But oh yes; we're at full staff and in our slow season. I was never trained and asked but apparently that was my problem also. I'm looking yet again for a new job but giving up on claims- all jobs in Cincy are the same.

      There is nothing nice to say about this sweatshop!

      Cons

      This is the job from hell! Work load is not managable. I'm dealing with 3 accounts and over 200 claims. This place puts a lot of work on you and they expect you to get it done in 7.5 hours. Can't wait to get a new job and run out of there and I'll be running fast!

      Pros

      Good paid time off. I have beard that the experience is based on the client the office works for. A different client may be better to work for.

      Cons

      Ridiculous work loads, most of the people I work with work 60+ hours per week just to keep their heads above water. They do not receive overtime for their efforts because they are salaried employees. The compensation does not match the effort needed to succeed.
