This is a corporate workplace with a family feel. The company leaders truly care about each person and their well-being, both on the job and at home. When they ask how you're doing, they really want to know. They do a great job creating a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can have a voice. Leadership is always willing to accept suggestions and feedback. I enjoy the casual dress code, the coffee bar, the fridge stocked with soft drinks, and the free weekly catered lunch. Things can get hectic during storm seasons, but those are the times we wish for in this business -- all hands on deck, everybody chipping in to do whatever is needed. That's what makes it work.
