Pros

A high degree camaraderie and a sense of teamwork exists throughout the company. People really take ownership over their work and seek to improve themselves and the company's products/services continuously. It is highly motivating to work for a company and on a team that thinks this way.

Cons

The company is clearly in hyper-growth mode, and it is sometimes hard to pause, strategize, and properly plot out the best next steps to tackle a complex problem. Despite this, the company does a nice job in being proactive and not reactive (most of the time).

Pros

Seek Now is an organization that has given me an incredible opportunity to grow as a professional, and learn about a business vertical that has an incredible amount of opportunity. I feel like I learn something new everyday when I come to work. The hardest part of the job show much I expect of myself because I pride myself on quality work, but the team of people I work with each day motivates me to continue pushing.

Cons

Can sometimes be tough to get the responses necessary to do the job expected.
