Pros
It's a job with benefits. It's a way to get your health insurance license and start a new career.
Cons
The onboarding is a long slow process, SQ said they will pay for the costs related to getting my health insurance license but they only reimbursed for about half of the cost to get my license. The hourly rate is your state minimum so without sales commissions don't expect any large paychecks when you're first hired. The company hires and trains a large number of people but quickly lets people go within the first few months after completing training. The more Medicare sales experience you have the more successful you'll be but if you're new to Medicare sales expect to have a short employment.
