      Only pro is working from home.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE leads. Toxic work environment. You are just a number, and they do not care about you. Expected to hit numbers that are impossible based on lead quality. Constantly finding ways to pay you less, my paycheck has only decreased every year. Constant micro management and one on one meetings about how to improve, but you are not allowed to bring up lead quality. Really you will only be successful if you have no ethics or morals, and don't care about signing people up for insurance they cant afford, or wont help them. If you have any health issues they do not care, and you will be let go. They also do mass firings frequently with very few people expecting it. I can not express how toxic this place is. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

      lack of good leadership, micromanaging, not compliant with full medicare regulations, level division, lack of quality leads, only thing consisten is inconsistency,
