Pros

Base salary was pretty good, especially since this was a sales job and those are usually commission based. Base salary and commission means you can make great money (if you're cut out for sales) Plus you do have health insurance and work remote.

Cons

High turnover because they hire seasonal or mass hire and cut the low performers. Only recommend it if you have the ability to work long hours and don't have any plans for a social life/family time.

Pros

I'm now within my 3rd year and couldn't be happier with my career choice. The company, The ppl and overall business structure. I mean it's great. There's always continued opportunity if you are willing to work hard.

Cons

I don't see it as a con but you have to be ready and willing to work during our busiest time of the year. it's not for the weak!
