Pros

Work from home, decent but expensive health insurance

Cons

They micromanage the CRAP out of you and most of the managers have zero leadership skills. If you like being treated like a child, you'll love it. You are not truly a customer advocate, but a conduit to transfer to other depts for product sales.

Commissions get cut for everyone 2 times since I worked there
