They pay you enough to make it hard to find anything else

Cons

Everything. They push crazy rates, expect huge numbers and screw up the bonus plan so only a few really have a chance at maximizing their income. Constantly under threat of losing your job.

Cons

Burnout heavy, clique intensive, very unaccommodating. If you are flagged as not productive enough you are barred from interviewing internally.
