-Competitive salary and benefits. -Great coworkers. -Hybrid schedule with T/W/Th in the office and M/F your choice. -Good size company - none of the ridiculous behaviors that come along with small companies, but not so big that you're just another number.

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay for the area, good work life balance. Allows work from home Monday and Friday. Coworkers are friendly, I have zero complaints about the company itself.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the duties of the job itself. You have to be able to handle dealing with frustrated and negative claimants every day. It can get stressful and feel overwhelming at times with the amount of claims you handle at any given time.
