Insurance!

Pros

Stable industry not going anywhere for the time being. 8% match on the 401k. It helps to run your own 401k. Yearly bonuses!

Cons

Insurance isn't exactly glamorous PTO only starts at 3 weeks.

I worked hard and made good money

Cons

Management is all white and all male No concern for diversity equity and inclusion I never felt validated working there and can't believe I stayed as long as I did
