Thank you for your feedback. Our hybrid work model provides a good work balance between working from home Mondays and Fridays, and collaborating with coworkers Tuesday through Thursday. Our associates also enjoy a meal stipend or meal subsidy depending on their location. When a new challenge in your workload is needed, working with your manager and leadership is always a good step. Thank you for your review. I agree, our comprehensive benefits package is just one of the great reasons to work at Sentry. In regard to your other comments, each of our business areas has clear-cut goals, and work processes to achieve those goals. Each is developed through conversations and feedback from everyone involved. Greg Larson – AVP Workers’ Compensation Claims
