Pros

Great money and benefits for the area. The maternity leave is their best perk. 6 weeks paid and falls under FMLA.

Cons

No work/life balance. Over worked and under paid. Very stressful. Unrealistic expectations. Salary means working 6 days a week at times. Expect anxiety attacks. This is not a 40 hour/week job no matter what the trainer tells you...

Some flexibility in schedule, various resources to call upon for assistance, bonus opportunties

Cons

Hard to get problems addressed when working in the field sometimes, mobile documentation for sales wasn't available.
