Pros

Market level pay, good fringe benefits (on-site gym, healthcare, cafeteria, professional development, dollar for dollar 401k match up to 6%) and for me, very engaging and meaningful work. The company has high expectations for professionals, but in return you're treated as a professional and afforded some flexibility. It can depend on the nature of your position.

Cons

No place is perfect, but when you see the efforts that those around you make and see that they're dedicated to what they're doing, and all of the great things that come with a job at Sentry, you realize it's all just small stuff.

Pros

Onsite managers are supportive and try to make work enjoyable. Flex time is available.

Cons

Upper management is disconnected. No inline promotional opportunities. Saturdays are now required work days with no regard to prior ongoing commitments and no corresponding salary adjustments.
