Pros

Variety of responsibilities keeps it interesting. With the former Director and Associate Director, this was a great, fun place to work.

Cons

A lot of hard work for naught. This went from an interesting job to a 'claims processor' job where we were just cutting checks regardless of whether the claims were fraudulent or not. A lot of wasted time and expenses because the new upper management was afraid of their own shadow.

Pros

Super friendly coworkers, great culture, learned a lot here. Everyone I met was always willing to help.

Cons

Full remote wasn't available, felt like we were never asked what we'd prefer, the decision was just made for us. Unclear/confusing requirements that need constant follow up with the business on. This results in many long meetings. Compensation is low. I didn't realize how underpaid I was until I started interviewing.

Pros

Job stability. Some room for career growth. Traditional

Cons

Many of my co-workers are very upset that we have to come back into the office even though our jobs can be done remotely. I know you're already leasing a large facility but times have changed and if someone wants to stay at home you should let them. We are just as efficient!

Thank you for your feedback. Our new hybrid work model is intended to give associates the benefit of working remotely, while still allowing time to collaborate in person, strengthen relationships, and develop and progress in your career. We understand the transition to a new routine can be challenging, similar to when we first started working from home. We’re continually sharing resources for associates to help them make the transition as seamless as possible. I encourage you to talk with your manager about any specific individual concerns. We’re here to help. Elisha Williams – Chief Customer Service Operations Officer
