The money was decent enough

Cons

Call center work, on phones all day. Trainer I got wasn't good, I didn't feel ready to be on the phones when it came time.

Pros

As far as my situation with children being home throughout the summer and on sick days, Senture is work from home for myself. Not all contracts are, but mine is. This allows me to take care of my babies at home when they are sick and allows me to work longer hours since I am already home and do not have to commute.

Cons

Contracts often end. Depending on the contract you may not get a long notice. Senture tries to keep everyone on a contract and in a job but they can't guarantee the same pay or schedule. All positions are based on attendance and seniority.

If you had opinions that did not fall in line with their view, they will nitpick everything you do and find a reason to fire you.
