Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive about this place.

Cons

Working at Senture was the worst work experience I have ever had. The supervisors on HP treat their employees like dirt. Especially the female employees that they dislike. They all like to sleep around on their husbands with the male employees and then brag about it. All they do is stand around and gossip about other employees and could care less who hears. You barley get paid anything for the amount of work that you have to do. If you are looking for a job DO NOT COME HERE especially on HP, you’ll regret it. It also doesn’t make sense to me that they wont hire employees who have been in jail yet they have two supervisors that have been in jail? One was in jail for drugs and the other was for theft, but I guess that’s perfectly fine? Senture honestly doesn’t care what’s going on behind closed doors. We have all complained about the same supervisors but yet nothing has been done.

Pros

You are treated with respect there and you are trained appropriately for the job. There are opportunities for permanent positions (which include benefits). The dress code is professional and business casual as well as business professional.

Cons

Because of the nature of the work and the fact that the company is contracted by both the government and commercial clients, if you are hired for a temporary/seasonal position you accept the reality from the beginning that your job could end at any time, but you are not sure if you could be working for a few months (like two) or several (up to a length of seven, for example.)
