Remote work, so you get to be home with your family

Time off was weird and you didn’t get paid for most federal holidays they’d force you to be off for

Pros

The pay is good for an entry level position in the company. The team I worked with and the supervisor I was under were great!

Cons

Short training periods, The customers/callers that we dealt with were horrible. We would have to deal with bad attitudes daily and constantly throughout the day. There were some great customers who were appreciative of the assistance provided but there were too many bad ones.
