They don't make you feel bad when you do a mistake. In fact, they help you out and give you suggestions and actually listen to your beliefs and thoughts. I was referred by a friend when I applied and they got $$$ money and when I referred one of my friends, I got in the $$$ money. A lot of $$$ Bonus opportunities. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.
