Pros

Senture treats you like family. You work one on one with some of the best people you will ever meet. They care about you and your well-being instead of treating you like a number.

Cons

The only con I would say is the insurance requirements.

WFH and they provide the equipment

Cons

You need to have insurance and it’s 300 off of EACH paycheck. Been through 3 different supervisors, and only 1 supervisor that was legitimately interested in making you a better agent.
