Pros
Good hours. With monthly incentives.
Cons
Not enough pay for what you do. System always has issues, and is never properly fixed. We'll call the same person three times in a day, each call the member is stating they're not interested. Which makes the member mad and irritated by the amount of times they're called that day. They don't care about your mental health that is cause due to the work environment, and the supervisors look over said issues by apologizing about 'the way we feel'. There's always unnecessary changes being made, which doesn't help the situation and actually makes things harder for us. People are never held accountable, and we're having to look like the bad guys-- who isn't doing their job. In reality we did our part and clinicians that let the members down.
