Pros

Working from home. Pay started at $13.50. Flexibility Schedule. Excellent Professional Managers. 3 Breaks in FT shift. Strict Rules you have to follow. Kuddos. Gift Cards of the week. Professional Training. Provides equipment. Group Meetings or individual coaching and checkups to see how you're doing. They genuinely care about you. They don't make you feel bad when you do a mistake. In fact, they help you out and give you suggestions and actually listen to your beliefs and thoughts. I was referred by a friend when I applied and they got $$$ money and when I referred one of my friends, I got in the $$$ money. A lot of $$$ Bonus opportunities. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. Excellent place to work if you are trying to leverage your verbal skills.

Cons

I applied for normal CSR and midway changed to Bilingual and did not get a raise when asked. I personally don't like feeling trapped or working for employers. Depending on your project, schedule changes. Some days are consistent callers all shift.
