      Not bad...but not satisfying either

      Pros

      Work from home. Entry level with no experience given a chance to succeed. Great support from team leads. Lots of encouragement and coaching in the first 60 days.

      Cons

      Policy members are difficult to schedule. Some members who've scheduled previously had poor experiences with clinicians. Other members are very upset with the number of times they have to try to opt out of the service.

      WFH is the only one atm

      This company has gone down hill I joined this company 4 years ago for what it stands for Now over the years it has gone down hill slowly there is no job security at all One of the most stressful jobs ever Their goals are not realistic at all and one of the highest goal setting in any company They punish you cause mbrs don’t like how Humana policy is not cause of the agents ourselves
