      The people and company are fantastic.

      Cons

      If you get on a certain emergency contract, you get thrown to the wolves after 3 days of training. It’s a nightmare.

      Pros

      It pays relatively okay for the area. They’ll hire almost anyone.

      Cons

      High stress. Benefits not worth the cost. Same job directly from the contracted company pays more with better benefits. Lots of wage theft. Several coworkers did not get paid while working off the clock due to their systems having downtime. They almost always force people to start working before clocking in. Management is a hit or miss as to whether they’ll be there for you or for the company’s profit margin.

      Some of the people are okay.

      Cons

      Will tell you contradictory information. Expect you to know things you were not taught. Will ask you to come in early without pay and fire you if told no due to “time theft”
