The pay and it's WFH

Cons

Everything else, management is terrible. Culture is full of toxic complainers. Supervisors are clueless. All comes down to poor admin.

This company has gone down hill I joined this company 4 years ago for what it stands for Now over the years it has gone down hill slowly there is no job security at all One of the most stressful jobs ever Their goals are not realistic at all and one of the highest goal setting in any company They punish you cause mbrs don’t like how Humana policy is not cause of the agents ourselves
