WFH is the only one atm

This company has gone down hill I joined this company 4 years ago for what it stands for Now over the years it has gone down hill slowly there is no job security at all One of the most stressful jobs ever Their goals are not realistic at all and one of the highest goal setting in any company They punish you cause mbrs don’t like how Humana policy is not cause of the agents ourselves

Pros

Senture was a good employer. I had no issues. The workplace culture was great and the pay was good.

Cons

The nature of the work was tedious, but that's not Senture's fault. Being a call center rep for a health insurance company is exactly as fun as it sounds. Do be aware, when then have Work-From-Home options, you will be micromanaged so they are getting a FULL 8 hours from you. That's the nature of entry-level customer service remote work, though.
