The money is generally good for the job you do, depending on the contract. If you get a good supervisor/team, they'll make the job easier at the time, but when the contract ends you are out in the cold on your own.

Cons

They do not care about their employees at all. You are literally just about making them money. When your job ends, they do not care about finding you another comparable contract to work

Great opportunity to advance, friendly atmosphere and they do what they can to help you. Really enjoy the team atmosphere.

Cons

Only contacted work, payroll is not consistent. Sometimes they will demote you when they tell you they will get you to a higher position if contract ends
