Pros

Good benefits, and time off, pay is also good

Cons

About everything else about this job, leads are trash, customer base has been hit over the head by 1000 other SDRs that the people are so angry before you even get to talk to them, management is terrible, only care about top performing reps, if you're struggling good luck lol, time to promotion is about 3 years before you'll ever be considered to be an AE, the "time off" is really just a way for you to miss quota and them to fire you, the turn over time for SDRs is insane, you are just a expendable asset to them, product is so expensive 95% of the shops you call can't afford us, but you're still expected to call them 15-20 times a month until they finally block your number, again if you like aging 20 years in 3 months take this job, if you enjoy your mental health and sanity look elsewhere.

Pros

Good benefits, seems like a good organization for growth. Remote work, although that is ending soon.

Cons

They don't trust you at all. If you walk away from your desk for more than 5 minutes, you are to report this immediately or they'll suspect you're not doing your job. They've got monitoring software on all computers, so they're logging key strokes, watching your screen, everything. I understand the necessity of security, but the monitoring of your screen all day is 100% weird and invasive on your job. There's no need for that unless you are constantly in suspicion of your employees. They are trying to catch you doing something "bad", which could be not moving your mouse for 15 minutes (Hi I need bathroom breaks). I have worked for a few companies that require high security, and 0% of them have been monitoring my every move. You're just treated like a kindergartner in their first Zoom class. If you don't look 100% engaged at all times, they'll call you out (even if you ARE paying attention!). I do my job honestly and work hard, but the invasion of privacy and lack of any faith in employees has me looking around.

Pros

Company has great benefits like unlimited PTO, stock, management isn't overbearing or micromanage in any way. Insurance is amazing and working here has been a good experience so far.

Cons

There is too much work for an IM. We are expected to know so much that even an IM trainer may not even know. We have to manage literally everything so it's not fair we are expected to be content experts with such a vast software. That expectation isn't even put on our trainers. We don't get paid enough for the many hats we wear. It's not unheard of to be starting your work day earlier and ending it late due to the amount of work we have to put into implementation.
