Competitive salary, unlimited PTO, health benefits

Cons

This company has a recurring problem advocating for and retaining people of color. In my time there, a handful of employees of color were recruited, only to be pushed out later when colleagues were done pretending they were comfortable with their presence. Prepare for gaslighting when you ask to be seen and heard, when you stand up for right and wrong. There is a culture of fear, people are afraid to speak up. As for the "Great Place to Work" awards, find other folks who look like you, who no longer work here and have been successful in many other work environments. Ask for their input. Proceed with caution.

great office, great location, good parking

Cons

major issues with corporate politics .. who you know get things done .. major favoritism concerns .. directors and above not held accountable for anything .. Owners are the worst .. not friendly very demanding .. they don't understand the business from the front line to the back end .. they just see numbers .. not a scalable organization .. constantly blowing through capital executive perks .. they are having to raise funds quite often to sustain day to day business .. scary place to work

great overall company but they hung me out to dry when i had a problem during a work trip

Cons

they act like they care about you until they don't, by the time you know, youre already let go. i was roofied at an airport during a work trip and instead of looking into it and helping me get through the worst event of my life they fired me and labeled it as gross behavior. i even went to the police and hospital.
