      Great colleagues and mission. You will work remote

      Cons

      I want to be as transparent as possible So that potential Recruiters know what they are in for… you will be Recruiting for low wage jobs, minimum wage opportunities makes it hard to fill. High turnover means your requisition volume is always high, very stressful. You will have to source for candidates. Long hours, so there’s no benefit in being a salary employee. Terrible health benefits

      Co-workers and purpose of why we do what we do. Full Remote.

      Cons

      Workload and quantity of requisitions with highest being 200 plus per recruiter. Low Pay, no raises, no phone provided or stipend given. Sadly what was once an amazing place to work has gone downhill in 3 short months due to new management in TA making multiple changes in Talent Aquisition not for the better. Most recruiters have or are about to leave, due to changes made that have created hostility, confusion creating a hostile environment with morale at an all time low.

      Work from home, flexible schedule and personable co-workers

      Cons

      NJ MENTOR, Children's Services North: The supervision is very poor. There is very little training. No consistency and minimal support from supervision. The Supervisor is incompetent and the Director is a bully.
