Flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement

Cons

Always have openings because the job is horrendous. Asked to do things that can risk your license. Told to ask for support when you do they are too busy. No training specific for role. Walking in blind.

Good place to gain experience

Cons

Unetichal company who force people to work OT rather than hire new people, have two face people as supervisors, and don't provide and raises and don't recognize any employee who works hard. They make questionable decisions for supervisor roles. They have a supervisor who only had 6 months worth of experience and we lost a key employee who was there mich longer and actually knew what they were doing. Too many problems that management doesn't have the minds to resolve and they blame the employees.

Completely Dysfunctional

Pros

Some of the people were nice however there was not much else that was positive about this place at all.

Cons

This company had an office that was previously closed due to insufficient management and has reopened. The management continues to be dysfunctional, the main supervisor is located in Cleveland and the site supervisor has idea if she is coming or going and spends most of her time talking about her personal business.
