      Pros

      Great place to work and the coworkers are friendly. The Area Director I work for is amazing, I couldn't ask for a better boss. I love working with the individuals it's always a blessing to go to work and to have someone smile when I see you.

      Cons

      I would have to say the cons about this company would be their insurance. I would like to see an improvement in the packages they offer and I think their salaries need to be more competitive.

      DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

      Cons

      This is a really bad place to work. Their expectations are much higher than the pay. Lots of gossip and favoritism even by management. the vulnerable adults you take care of are walking and talking dollar signs and they suffer to save a buck. They talk a big talk but they only care about making money.

      Pros

      the guys I help take care of been taking care of them for almost nine years and have loved most of the time that I have worked even though it has been the overnight shift.

      Cons

      no chance for advancement or raises so I was told. I would like to work for a company that has a chance for growth.
