Intentions to help the disabled are there, but the money gets in the way.

Cons

It's all about the Benjamins baby! Since Civitas Solutions went public (National MENTOR Holdings) the priority is dollars, not people. Elitist senior leadership is nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. They get their big salaries and bonuses, and the employees get nothing, but the satisfaction of helping those less fortunate. Unfortunately, that doesn't pay the bills.

I like the people I work with on a daily basis

Cons

Poor communication,disorganized.Very clicky.Management is very rude and have air of above every one else.They spend a lot of money on non vital items and fail to get basics. Did not pay well. Communication stinks
