      NONE. This place is a sinking ship!!

      Cons

      You can't run a human service business like Wallstreet!!! People are people not machines. Wont let people take time off unless they can accont for a month of billable service in advance (which you can't predict humans). Managment cares only about numbers and doesn't even know their own programs and what they do. Even recent talk about paying staff 8.50 an hour for their sick, personal AND company holiday time!!! This place sucks, stay away!!!

      Resident attachments are quite rewarding

      Management is only good at blowing smoke and patting their own backs. Wages are the lowest in the area and no raises exist for either time or merit.
