Good benefits, use a T. O. P. P. system (Time Off with Pay Program). The long-time co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Senior management is better trained and qualified for there jobs than middle management. Why? I have no idea.

Convenient. Friendly co-workers. Opportunities are not based on education generally.

Cons

poor pay, subject to the whims of your direct manager. Odd scheduling (could be a plus). Several cases of less than professional behavior were witnessed in my time there.

Department managers are very helpful and understanding and are always trying to look out for their employees. Scheduling around personal events or school is also very easy.

Cons

Financially mismanaged, and while normally very good to their employees recent internal events have severely upset many of the employees
