Upper level leadership appears to be moving in a strong direction regarding management. Multiple opportunities to cross train in IT.

Cons

Employee retention is extremely low. Very high turnover rate. IT pay is below industry standard, IT is also extremely overworked. 1 tech to approx 350-400 staff.

Pros

Love working with the families and other Supervised Visitation Monitors.

Cons

Managers pick and choose who to promote. Overworked and underpaid and no room for being promoted even if you’re qualified. The admin staff being doing shady and secretive things to the families.
