Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re grateful for your years of service and recognition of our staff’s dedication, as well as our benefits and PTO offerings. Working in behavioral health presents unique challenges, particularly during crisis situations involving psychiatric episodes. The safety of our staff and the individuals in our care is always our top priority. We have strict protocols in place to guide our response, and all staff undergo continuous training to handle behaviors with professionalism and compassion. Any violation of these protocols is taken seriously and addressed accordingly. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with staffing and leadership. There is no tolerance for unkind, threatening, or bullying behavior within our organization. We will be reviewing your feedback and encourage you to reach out to employee-relations@sheppardpratt.org directly to discuss any specific issues further.

Thank you for your dedication during your time at Sheppard Pratt. We’re glad to hear you had positive experiences with your coworkers and the patients you cared for. The strength of our team and the impact we have on those in our care is what makes our work so meaningful. We recognize there’s always room to grow, and we’re focused on improving staffing and fostering a workplace where open communication and mutual support thrive. As part of this effort, we’ve recently made changes to our senior hospital leadership to further strengthen our teams and uphold the high standards we set for ourselves. Moving forward, we remain focused on fostering an environment where every employee feels heard, supported, and valued.
