Pros

Delivery leads and teams are great and there's definitely a ton to learn from each of them. Company places an emphasis on certifications and encourages employees to pursue these.

Cons

There are more cons than pros. During my 4 years at Shift Paradigm I never once met or talked to anyone in the c-suite. For a company that focuses on feedback and welcomes an open door policy its truly discouraging and creates the mentality of "us" vs. "them." The them of course being anyone in delivery. There was constant fear of another rift and constant worry of job security. There is very limited room for growth and no opportunity for career pathing.

We will look at things in the organization with that lens to see how we can eliminate that. Analytics team was filled with really great people. I genuinely loved everyone I worked with.

Cons

- Pay laughably below market, by tens of thousands - Long hours - Time sheets that are poured over by management - Fear of horribly behaved clients, so constantly putting up with their antics and demands
