Flex PTO Work From Home HR

Cons

Flex PTO was no longer Unlimited PTO 2 Reorgs in 1 year (with a VAST amount of unnecessary promotions in both) Layoffs made people lose job security Talking about how hard it was to layoff 'non-essential' roles and feeling "really, really bad" about it, doesn't change the fact that the organization decided to choose profit over people.

- No training - No internal structure - CEO tried to sell us NFTs - HUGE turnover rate - not hitting their revenue targets

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate your perspective. I would like to clear up one thing in your review. At no time ever did our CEO try to sell anyone NFTs. If you remember correctly, there was an internal meeting that educated our employees on new technologies where NFTs were discussed, among other topics. That was not a solicitation for purchase or endorsement, just education. We wish you the best in what you do next and again appreciate the feedback, we will look into how we can improve as we always do.

Pros

They had some great, well-known clients. Some of the workers are such amazing people. Work from home can be a plus for some.

Cons

Where to start.. I have a lot of thoughts, but others’ reviews have disappeared, so I’ll just say there is something really wrong here. So many talented people have left, and while some amazing people remain, there is a rottenness here that I’m not sure can be resolved. I’m being too nice. It’s bad.
