      -Good Benefits (401k matching, generous PTO) -Work from home

      Despite the benefits, this company is not one I would recommend working for if you have ANY other options. In the last 3 years since Shift Paradigm got new executive leadership, everything has continued to fall apart more and more. The company has experienced countless layoffs. At this point, I believe we have laid off more people than we have current team members. On top of that, even if you and your account team do good work, you are not rewarded on an individual basis. We have not had a cost of living pay increase in over a year, despite the rising costs of our services. Promotions have been only at the upper levels, and they feel more like a popularity contest than anything based on merit. The sales team can not make a simple layup. We hear about so many RFPs, and the CEO told us to be "proud" when we lost an RFP. There is nothing to be proud about when the company is hemorrhaging talent and losing large clients seemingly on a monthly basis.

      - Remote work - Most of my coworkers are great - Pay isn't awful

      Cons

      - The CEO and her executive team are running this company into the ground and they know it - The pay isn't good - So much management. Senior VPs of who cares everywhere you look - Culture is terrible. LeadMD folks poisoned the well and we all know it

We are open to change and willing to learn where we could have approached things differently. We have had some tough times in the past few months, as all companies have, but we are confident about our direction and the opportunities ahead. We hope you continue to be with us.

      Pros

      There are some incredibly talented and smart people working at SP (Formerly Trendline Interactive). If you're lucky enough to get a manager who cares, then you'll be better off.

      Cons

      This company has becomes a boy's club. And no matter how many women there appears to be at the top, it doesn't matter. Their voices go unheard. People who are in with the right top tier guys will get promoted whether they deserve to be or not and it is demoralizing for those who have been there longer or know more. The company also does not uphold their promise of bonuses. The number seems to drop if you fall out of grace. Or, if you leave the company, even though you fulfilled everything you were supposed to, they will say they are going to pay you and then never do. The company changed drastically over 2021 and what was a good place to work became toxic. Positions are backfilled to better distribute work, bonuses are not given and raises are nowhere near where they should be for the time and effort so much of the staff puts in.

      We are sorry that you feel the way you do about Shift Paradigm. We pride ourselves in caring for our employees and in fact, we just paid our bonuses for the second half of 2021. We are constantly looking for new ways to get all voices of employees heard.
