Shift Paradigm reviews

Despite the benefits, this company is not one I would recommend working for if you have ANY other options. In the last 3 years since Shift Paradigm got new executive leadership, everything has continued to fall apart more and more. The company has experienced countless layoffs. At this point, I believe we have laid off more people than we have current team members. On top of that, even if you and your account team do good work, you are not rewarded on an individual basis. We have not had a cost of living pay increase in over a year, despite the rising costs of our services. Promotions have been only at the upper levels, and they feel more like a popularity contest than anything based on merit. The sales team can not make a simple layup. We hear about so many RFPs, and the CEO told us to be "proud" when we lost an RFP. There is nothing to be proud about when the company is hemorrhaging talent and losing large clients seemingly on a monthly basis.

It is a difficult industry space for an org to enter, and I don't know anyone who does full service consultancy + agency particularly well. If you're gritty and you like creating your own structure, this can also be a pro.
