Pros

The other "Happiness Engineers" are helpful and they all understand that we have to look out for each other since management isn't very helpful.

Cons

The leadership team in CX has no diversity. Huge red flag considering that they are leading a team that is diverse. They are passive aggressive and display micro aggressions frequently. The combining of 2 companies (ShipMonk and Ruby Has) has been a disaster. They allowed the leadership from the failing company (RH) to come in and lead us with great biases and ignorance. We also all found out that how much you're paid is related to your gender, race, and age here. Unbelievable in 2023. The minorities at all levels make the least.

Pros

The training was great, the CEO seems to be on to something, but below him, they don't know how to convey his vision.

Cons

Beyond training, the culture is toxic, the leader of the department is a bully. Change your culture if you want your salespeople to love your product and sell it. Stop beating down your team.

Pros

little to none, cool product just crappy company and leadership to work for

Cons

Salary super low for industry and sales. Other positions with same title are making 75K+. they will pay you bottom dollar and treat you like it - unless you like pizza parties Just made sales staff sign a 2 year non compete contract which they enfore, bars you from working in the industry to scare you into staying and accepting low pay. So why accept low pay and no industry growth? Leadership is all over the place. Everyone doing different processes no streamline.
